I incorporated experiential learning in the training I created. I applied human-centered design, which is linked to intrinsic motivation, and I created a learning experience that is connected to the participant on a personal level. I carefully chose and formulated the right goals and then came up with activities to enable the learner to reach specific goals because this is vital for momentum and motivation.
